(a) Contract actions and disputes,
including but not limited to, breach of contract actions, tortuous
interference with business or advantages relationships actions,
copyright infringement actions, and general contractual disputes.
(b) Corporate and shareholders disputes
which include a broad range of cases involving corporate and
shareholder disputes, such as enforcement of shareholders
agreements, stockholder derivative suits, breaches of fiduciary duty
claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and other corporate
related controversies.
(c) Employment litigation on a wide range
of labor issues, including enforcement and defense of
covenants-not-to-compete, wage and hour claims under the Federal
Labor Standard Act, employment discrimination claims, and disputes
over employment agreements.
(d) Commercial and residential landlord-tenant
contractual conflicts including eviction actions or other disputes
as to the breach or interpretation of lease construction and contracts.
(e) Probate and contested
guardianship litigation in collaboration with probate and trust
counsel, including will challenges and defenses, estates and trust
litigation and contested guardianship.
(f) Real property litigation including a
broad range of real property disputes and litigation such as
enforcement of purchase and sale agreements, mortgage foreclosure
defense and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
